The Patio
@ Burns Road
Food, Fun and Fitness
Good food. Good people. Active lives. Brighter days. An open-air gathering place coming to the heart of McKinney.
What The Patio will be
One lot, four experiences. A food truck park, shaded community seating, lighted pickleball courts and a kids arcade — designed so a weeknight dinner turns into an evening worth staying for.
More than a meal… it's a community
We're building The Patio with the people who will make it hum — the operators behind the windows and the crew on the lot. Two applications are open right now.
Food Truck Application
Tell us about your truck, menu and licensing. We're assembling a balanced opening roster with a flat nightly fee and no percentage of sales.
